Directly treating co-occurring dual diagnoses is an integral part of our treatment programs. Through years of research, study, and experience, we have come to realize that women have very different reasons for their addiction than men. These reasons, which mainly involve emotional issues, often co-exist with such symptoms as depression, anxiety, and sleep and eating disorders. There are cases wherein drugs, alcohol, or other dangerous substances are used as self-medication for these symptoms. Our philosophy is to help women open up and recognize their addictions and symptoms (hence a dual diagnosis), and in so doing make both available for treatment.
We also offer alternative treatment programs like individual and family therapy, interactive modalities, and psychological / neurological testing to ensure that no stone is left unturned on the way to happiness and fulfillment.
